This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple warehouse locations, including hiring and developing each Fulfillment Supervisor and their teams to execute order fulfillment, distribute products, ensure occupational safety, and achieve efficiency standards.

This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple warehouse locations, including hiring and developing each Fulfillment Supervisor and their teams to execute order fulfillment, distribute products, ensure occupational safety, and achieve efficiency standards.

Driving Impact Through:Regional Leadership & Accountability
Core Objective: Drive regional performance through warehouse management, talent development, and operational excellence.
- Daily: Oversee inventory/financial performance; coach warehouse managers on staffing and best practices; champion company initiatives.
- Weekly: Review safety, efficiency, and financial metrics with territory/regional managers; provide backup leadership for absences.
- Monthly/Quarterly: Conduct on-site market visits (3x/quarter); lead quarterly performance reviews; manage retention and employee recognition programs.
Core Objective: Optimize "Days on Hand" and maintain high stock utility.
- Daily: Monitor ABC item levels in WMS; coordinate with purchasing on lead times and demand forecasting.
- Monthly: Minimize slow-moving inventory by executing utilization programs to hit turnover metrics.
Core Objective: Standardize processes and scale operational output.
- Daily: Manage shipping schedules; monitor real-time KPIs; bridge communication between warehouses and support departments.
- Weekly: Align procedures with other Regional Managers; collaborate with Quality to update SOPs.
- Monthly: Track KPI trends to address business gaps; host innovation sessions to identify process improvements and new technology.
Core Objective: Maintain strict budget adherence and regional profitability.
- Daily: Oversee facility and vehicle maintenance records/budgeting.
- Weekly: Support Sales by developing operational requirements for new customer opportunities.
- Monthly: Audit labor costs against standards; approve/deny regional expenses and equipment proposals; manage CAPEX for equipment and grounds.
Core Objective: Long-term resource planning and vendor management.
- Daily: Resolve immediate staffing, capacity, or safety issues within the region.
- Weekly: Monitor client portals to ensure service level fulfillment.
- Monthly: Evaluate vendor performance; research and recommend new market properties or warehouse locations.
