The Collateral Specialist will be responsible for processing client requests for collateral files and trailing documents, including receiving, shipping and inventory with accuracy from custodians and distributing to third parties. Track recorded and unrecorded mortgage, note, Bailee letter, modification, corporate assignments, and intervening assignments to and from custodian facilities. Provide business units and external vendors support related to file maintenance and reporting, securing, and maintaining compliance. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The pay for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 an hour.

What You'll Do
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming requests and client communication.
- Receive, log, and process incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
- Log and process incoming and outgoing trailing documents in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor file location and movement using database systems.
- Prepare collateral related documentation, scanning and indexing, and report preparation.
- Resolve and reconcile incoming packages and shipments.
- Ensure service standards, policies, procedures and are adhered to and client needs are met.
- Provide collateral processing support and performing defined procedures.
- Perform routine administrative operations, and/or services support tasks.
- Prefer bachelor's degree.
- One (1) or more years of collateral experience preferred.
