This role is situated in an industrial lab environment, not a clean room or biological lab. The position offers flexible 1st shift hours, Monday through Friday, typically working an 8-hour shift from 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM, with core hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The dress code is business casual, and a lab coat is required. The organization is known for promoting from within, though candidates should be aware that the expectation is to be in this role for 9 months, with potential conversion not guaranteed.

- Proficiency in laboratory work, chemistry, research, and testing.
- Experience with R&D, formulation, mixing, measuring, and experimentation.
- Knowledge in synthesis, quality control, and batch processing.

- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associates degree or non-degree is preferred.
- 1 year of chemical lab experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Experience in color differentiation is necessary.
- Proven good organization and documentation skills, verified with references.
- Proven ability to take direction, verified with references.
