R&D Chemist

Our client is seeking a hands-on R&D Chemist with strong formulation and method validation experience to join their Research & Development team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can translate product concepts into scalable, compliant finished products within a manufacturing environment.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development and support product scale-up
- Write and execute method validation studies
- Conduct laboratory testing and plant trials (batching and filling line)
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
- Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP standards
- Support cleaning validation and commercial pharmaceutical equipment processes
- 3-5 years of chemical laboratory experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong formulation and chromatography experience
- Proven method validation expertise
- BS in Chemistry or related field preferred
