Job Title: Facilities Validation Engineer
Location: Westford, MA
12 Months Contract
100% Onsite
Pay Range: $40 to $45/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Lead and manage facilities-focused engineering projects, including infrastructure improvements, equipment reconfigurations, and new installations.
- Ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, standards, and schedules, maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance to meet project deadlines and sustainability goals.
- Review and estimate project costs, including equipment, installation, labor, and materials, utilizing analytical problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively across departments and management to ensure project progress and alignment with organizational objectives.
- B.S. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven project management experience, particularly in facilities or infrastructure projects.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills with sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or environmental process monitoring is preferred.
