- Receive samples, label control, and oversee the reinspection process.
- Conduct sampling for reserved samples.
- Provide quality oversight on processes to ensure compliance, including data integrity.
- Perform preliminary complaint investigations and prepare reports.
- Ensure complaint samples are archived as required and maintain records.
- Ensure the safety and care of the complaint laboratory and test equipment.
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy, practicing Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Input samples into SAP.
- Experience in sterilization, quality assurance, and medical devices.
- Proficiency in inspection, SOP, and document control.
- Experience in quality assurance/quality control.
- Skills in sampling and inspections, quality engineering, corrective action plans, and validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Science.
- 1-2 years of quality experience.
- 1 years of experience working in GMP.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
