Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Lab Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $19.95- $22 per hour DOE

Shift: 1st shift: 4am or 5am till finish / 2nd shift: 2pm or 3pm

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

• Heat product samples as required for testing
• Ensure samples are correctly positioned and handled
• Verify and confirm accurate labeling of all samples
• Assist with environmental swab procedures
• Perform pH and salt level assessments and record results accurately
• Conduct viscosity testing and document findings
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience in the Warehouse food industry
• Background in quality assurance and food safety
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food quality standards
• Hazard analysis training (HACCP) or related certifications
