Your Role And Responsibilities
Project Controls Lead to oversee cost management, scheduling, progress measurement, and performance reporting for a multi-year, safety-critical air traffic control modernization program. The Project Controls Lead will ensure accurate tracking of budgets, schedules, and forecasts, enabling informed decision-making and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The Project Controls Lead will develop, implement, and maintain cost control, budgets and forecasts for multiple projects. This includes developing reports from Costpoint, CER system, Project Controls dashboard or CFT.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or transportation programs; aviation or air traffic control experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling and cost management tools (e.g., Costpoint, Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Experience with earned value management and other recognized performance measurement techniques.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in safety-critical and regulated environments.
- Federal Experience Preferred
- Experience working in aviation/with the FAA
- Experience supporting Federal Clients
- Domain-specific experience in one or more of the following domains: Voice, Telecommunications, Surveillance, Facilities, Automation, Alaska/Airspace
