Responsibilities
- Maintain quarterly internal progress updates on all Xylem Sustainability goals, including coordinating goal deployment review meetings
- Engage with Xylem colleagues to support sustainability literacy and understanding of our goals and commitments across the enterprise, with approaches including Training Materials on Workday Learning and partnering with subject matter experts to develop and host webinars
- CSR database support, managing community grants proposals for processing and approval of submissions for charitable volunteering and giving activities
- Generate reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual volunteer engagement and impact across the company
- Field internal and external inquiries regarding sustainability, volunteer programs, charitable requests.
- Manage team operations, including oversight of the team calendar, budget management, systems administration, regular team communications and annual team meetings, and partnerships with external resource partners such as The Conference Board.
- Oversee and maintain Sustainability & Social Impact content on Xylem's internal and external platforms, including Xylem.com, Sharepoint and Viva Engage

Required Qualifications
- College degree in Sustainability, CSR, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Marketing coordination/events/ grants management experience
- 2 years of experience in sustainability, non-profit field, environmental or water industry.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with top senior-level management
- Ability to collaborate with international teams
- Ability to contribute creative work in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to effectively assist in the management of multiple projects and programming from inception to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
