Production Supervisor
- Fort Smith, Arkansas
- 2nd shift: 2 :30 PM - 1:30 AM, M-F (must be available Saturdays, but never Sundays)
- $60K-$65K

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor reports to the Shift Manager and is responsible for managing all activities on the assigned production line. This includes driving safety, quality, yield, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of hourly employees (up to ~30 team members).
- Oversee safety, production performance, staffing levels, attendance, training, and corrective actions.
- Enforce company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure all product specifications and USDA requirements are met.
- Complete daily shift reports, including timekeeping and production documentation.
- Maximize yield and throughput without compromising quality.
- Assist with interviewing and selecting new team members.
- Ensure ongoing safety and job-specific training is completed for shift employees.
- Maintain readiness for customer, regulatory, and BRC audits. This is considered a safety-sensitive position.
- 2-5 years in a food production environment required.
- Experience overseeing teams of 15-40 people.
- Solid understanding of USDA, HACCP, GMPs and SOPs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Poultry-processing environment experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
