Your Role at KIK
As a Production Supervisor overseeing 1st shift Filling and Warehouse you will lead the filling department to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You’ll oversee shift performance, ensuring production goals are met while driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and supporting on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, optimize processes, and play a key part in achieving overall plant success. Shift is M-F 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (some Saturday’s will be required).

Your Role at KIK

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise daily filling line operations and Warehouse to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Lead and develop 2 Shift Leads and ~25 operators through coaching, feedback, and training
- Monitor production metrics (output, yields, downtime) and drive improvements
- Collaborate with on-site and off-site teams to ensure equipment reliability and compliance
- Enforce all safety, sanitation, and GMP standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma tools
- Manage schedules and staffing to balance demand, efficiency, and cost
- Partner with Supply Chain, QA, and HR to ensure smooth operations and communication
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Lead daily production meetings and participate in plant leadership reviews
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 or more years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
- Results-driven with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with high-speed equipment and automated production systems preferred - bottle filling machinery a plus
