- What You'll Do
- Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) activities across demand, supply, and capacity planning.
- Generate and manage production data from manufacturing documentation and performance reports.
- Develop and maintain SAP BOMs, recipes, and load files; support new product introductions through planning BOMs.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions to align planning strategies with business needs.
- Conduct forward-looking analyses to determine future workforce and machine capacity needs.
- Plan and schedule material usage to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor supply chain flow, proactively identifying bottlenecks or inventory issues.
- Adjust schedules and inventory strategies as needed to meet production goals.
- Track project timelines and ensure alignment with operational deadlines.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support production planning and cross-departmental collaboration.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP .
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
