Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
- Paid Vacation: For salaried employees hired on or before March, the Christmas shutdown week is paid even if the employee has not completed a full year of service. Salaried employees hired after March will not be eligible to receive pay for the full Christmas shutdown week until the following Christmas Shutdown; however, they will still receive the benefit of time off during the shutdown period. After 1 year:
- Personal Time Off: Salaried employees are allowed up to five (5) paid personal days per calendar year. Once these personal days have been fully used, any additional time off will be deducted from the employee's available paid vacation time, if applicable. Personal Time Off is only paid to Salaried employees, not hourly.
- Current paid holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, **Black Friday** (salaried employees only), Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
- Insurance Benefits: The company partially pays for medical insurance only. Our insurance broker will contact new hires approximately 60 days after their start date to provide information and enrollment options for available insurance plans..
- Employee of the Quarter (EOQ): Four employees are selected each quarter in recognition of their hard work and receive a $250 Visa gift card. Management is not eligible for this program; however, it is offered as a company benefit to qualifying employees.
- Referral Program: If a new hire is referred by a current employee, the referring employee will receive a $100 Visa gift card once the new hire completes 120 days of employment.
- Bonus: I do not manage this program, but Raul may have already discussed the details with you.
- End of the year: All employees receive a gift card and company t-shirts on the last working day of the year. The gift card amount varies based on years of service and job title.
