We're seeking an experienced production lab tech to join our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, TX. Prior relevant experience will be essential.
Base pay PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities,a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.
Shift Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 4:00am - 12:30pm
Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.

This Role Involves
- Operating the optical edger equipment efficiently
- Handling rejects, errors and other delays to resolve issues
- Monitoring job status and ensuringolder, rush and hot jobs are prioritized correctly
- RF scanning and observing data on job trays
- Working with other associates in the lab, specifically the Finish Department, to make certain job are moved according to processes and quickly to the Finish team to finalize orders
- Following all SOPs, safety guidelines and meeting production expectations
- Handling any other tasks that may be assigned.
- No specific education required
- Prioroptical production with minimum 6 months relevant experience
- Must be able to read and write English
