TITLE: Production Control Associate
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM with overtime as required
PAY: $ 21.00/hr
Responsibilities for Production Control Associate jobs include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities for Production Control Associate jobs include but are not limited to:
- Run excel spreadsheets for certain products.
- Review printed output is in balance and ready to mail
- Create folders for jobs with samples of inserts or any other instructions that are needed to complete the mailing
- Work closely with scheduler and follow daily scheduling reports.
- Create excel spreadsheets for billing & KPI’s that must be completed by month end.
- Send out job completion emails
- Hand encloses documents, and perform QC checks
- QC diverts produced by our mailroom
- Schedule job to mail machines.
- Cross train/assist in other production depts
- Good Communications skills verbally and in writing.
- Problem Solving
- Ability to stay flexible, work across teams, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on printed products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for managing pull requests and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Effective communication skills verbally and written for timely email responses and collaboration with various departments.
- Pay rates starting at $21.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed!
