These responsibilities include creating adaptive creative layouts, retouching, preparing digital assets and/or files for print manufacturing. The production artist sets the foundation for a successful workflow process to ensure projects meet client expectations.

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Job Description
- Collaborating with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients.
- Provide production support to assigned accounts by reviewing comp files, creating templates, and building production mechanicals for final delivery.
- Comfortable producing deliverables for both print and digital
- Partnering with creative account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations as efficiently as possible.
- Have a clear understanding of how projects move through all phases of the production process.
- A true team player willing to assist with tasks outside of daily responsibilities.
USD $33 - $40/Hr
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university a plus but not required.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in all necessary design applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Technically strong understanding of design tools and techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to take direction.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Creative, passionate, flexible and a self-starter.
- Comfortable working within a deadline driven environment.
- Occasional walking
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work
- Frequent Sitting for prolonged periods of time
