- Assist the Buying Team in managing change orders and funding reallocations.
- Issue and manage purchase orders.
- Track change orders using the designated tool.
- Collaborate with finance and internal stakeholders to create and manage approvals.
- Maintain and update product costs.
- Support and train as a backup for control procedures.
- Assist with special projects and assignments.
- Experience as a data analyst, procurement, or supply chain analyst is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of data management and databases is a plus.
- High school diploma is required.
- Experience in data entry, buying, inventory management, and SmartSheet is beneficial.
