- 5–10 years of experience in Process Improvement, preferably within healthcare or hospital systems
- Project Management System experience
- Lean Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other equivalent quality certification
- Bachelor's degree with four or more years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to assess current operational processes and identify performance improvement (PI) opportunities.
- Strong consultative approach; able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting data from campus-level submissions and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical leaders and cross-functional teams – Integrity Mission driven
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable improvement strategies.
- Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment
