Responsibilities
This role is based at the Oxford, NC facility and supports across all three shifts. Initially, all resources will start on the first shift, with a transition to the second shift anticipated. The work environment includes collaboration with maintenance, operations, and quality teams to ensure sustained improvements and rapid response troubleshooting for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults. The facility provides an opportunity to engage with OEM and vendor coordination during startup issues, ensuring a dynamic and supportive work culture.

- Support documentation and training for sustainable handoff to operations.
- Develop process parameter matrix and golden settings where applicable.
- Create top loss Pareto and weekly improvement action plan.
- Update SOP work instructions and process control documentation.
- Provide ramp plan reporting including throughput vs target, constraints, and next actions.
- Maintain downtime logs with failure mode categorization.
- Document corrective action records and verification checks.
- Develop recommended spares list and early-life failure prevention actions.
- Update troubleshooting guides and PM adjustments as approved.
- Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Advanced process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Ability to establish baseline metrics such as cycle time, yield, scrap, and OEE contributors.
- Strong documentation and standard work creation capability.
- Operator and technician support experience, including on-the-job training.
- Process engineering.

- Developing and verifying process settings and recipes for stable quality and throughput.
- Creating process characterization plans.
- Supporting validation and qualification activities.
