Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Range: $125,000-$130,000
What's the Job?
- Lead projects involving fixture design, material flow, and tooling improvements.
- Analyze, develop, and implement manufacturing processes with a focus on welding and metal fabrication.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and SOPs.
- Conduct time studies, process capability analysis, and root cause investigations to improve throughput and quality.
- Support equipment selection and commissioning for welding stations, robotic welding, or automated systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Welding Engineering (or related field).
- 5 years of process engineering experience.
- Experience with hands-on welding processes.
- Familiarity with welding codes/standards (e.g., AWS D1.1, D1.3).
