As a Principal Data Scientist on the Corporate Services Reporting, Analytics, and Data (RAD) team, you will work with vast amounts of data and data science techniques to answer the most challenging analytical questions, driving predictive insights and prescriptive automation. Your work will support essential corporate functions including Real Estate, Enterprise Procurement, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Treasury.
This position is telework. For candidates commutable to Eden Prairie, MN the role would be hybrid in office 3 days/week.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, forecasting, and other data science techniques to recognize patterns and address business opportunities
- Develop and deploy machine learning/statistical models to improve operations and increase efficiency within business operations
- Design, code, test, document, and maintain high-quality and scalable solutions
- Measure accuracy of models and impact to the business while monitoring output for drift and retraining models where necessary
- Create visualizations and reports to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 4 years of professional data science experience including hands-on experience in machine learning/statistical modeling development and deployment with multiple models in production
- 1 years of experience with cloud-based data analytics e.g. (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
- 1 years of experience using version control systems such as Git
- Expert level of proficiency in Python programming language
- Bachelor’s Degree
