The postdoctoral associate will conduct research in colloidal synthesis and characterization, with a particular emphasis on colloidal crystallization and photonic applications. Additional responsibilities will include preparing manuscripts for publication, presenting research at conferences, and training and supervising junior graduate students.
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary for this position is $62,500/yr. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
Ph.D. degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Structural Biology).
