Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations.
Monitor & Assess Resident Care – Evaluate patient conditions and provide clinical guidance.
Train & Mentor Staff – Support professional development and skill-building.
Communicate with Families & Physicians – Provide updates on resident conditions and care plans.
Respond to Emergencies – Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State-approved).
Previous Supervisory Or Charge Nurse Experience (Preferred).
Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Skills.
Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Setting.
