What's the Job?
- Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
- Review financial statements, production reports, and performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.
- Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize investments.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- 13-15 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Plant Manager role.
- Strong people and team development skills.
