Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Own and drive the performance metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory, ensuring that all operational & financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency across all functions.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain performance to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Drive productivity through lean transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage a highly diverse, multi-lingual workforce to foster an inclusive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high skill levels in textile production processes and maintain quality standards through regular training and development programs.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our General Manager, customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for operational objectives.
- 8 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in operational excellence methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with resource allocation and project management.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within operations.
- Experience in textile/garment operations and industrial sewing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for driving operational improvements and delivering exceptional customer service.
