Key Responsibilities
- Manage the physician recruitment database and generate candidate leads.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, travel, and community tours.
- Liaise between hiring, credentialing, and onboarding processes.
- Assist with physician relocation and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians through engagement and support.
- Participate in marketing and business development efforts to foster growth.
- Report recruitment activities to Senior Leadership and the Board.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred.
- Licensure: Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years' experience in healthcare, of which at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and data analysis skills is required.
