Your Role Within The Team
- Support Provider Growth: Facilitate the placement of key physicians and advanced care providers (ACPs) to ensure accessible, high-quality physician services for the communities and regions we serve.
- Drive Recruitment Efforts: Manage provider recruitment activities by sourcing, attracting, and engaging physician and ACP talent using relationship-based and sales-focused recruiting strategies.
- Build Market Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections within the medical community while promoting BayCare’s mission, culture, and services.
- Leverage Marketing & Outreach: Utilize marketing, public relations, and sales techniques to support recruitment initiatives and enhance provider engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to support provider placement needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned to support department and organizational goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of Physician Healthcare Recruitment experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of Physician Healthcare Recruitment experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Provider Recruitment Specialist .
- PHR, CMSR, RMSR, or ASPR
