Responsibilities
- Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice;
- Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting;
- Provides hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to support optimal recovery;
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes;
- Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care;
- Maintains accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the EMR in accordance with regulatory and practice standards;
- Supports a positive clinic environment by contributing to team morale and patient experience
- Other responsibilities as designated by the manager.
- 2-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred however, new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Current unrestricted New York State Physical Therapy license;
- Experience with a wide range of patient age groups and diagnoses;

- Time management and organization capabilities.
