About The Role

Weareseekingahands-onPegaLeadSystemsArchitect (LSA)toleadandguideapodof7–10developersinthedesign,development,anddeliveryofPega-basedenterprisesolutions.ThisfullyremotecontractroleisidealforanexperiencedandcertifiedPegaprofessionalwhoiscomfortablebothleadingtechnicalteamsandcontributingdirectlytosolutiondevelopment.

Youwillberesponsibleforensuringbestpracticesarefollowed,conductingdesign/codereviews,mentoringdevelopers,andmaintaininghighqualityacrossdeliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• LeadandmentoraPegadeliveryteam (onshoreand/oroffshore)of7–10developers
• Providearchitecturaloversightandhands-ondevelopmentinPega8.xenvironments
• Conductdesignreviews,enforcedesignandcodingstandards,andensuretechnicalquality
• TranslatebusinessrequirementsintoscalableandmaintainablePegasolutions
• Collaboratewithstakeholders,projectmanagers,andbusinessanalyststoalignondeliverables
• Guidesolutionarchitecture,datamodeling,andsystemintegrationapproaches
• Supportsprintplanningandtechnicalbacklogrefinement
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• PegaCertifiedLeadSystemArchitect (CLSA)
• Minimum 5 yearsofPegadevelopmentexperience,includinglarge-scaleenterpriseprojects
• Lead experience
• Hands-onexpertisewithPega8.xplatform (applicationdevelopment,integration,casemanagement,etc.)
• Strongexperiencewithdesignpatterns,guardrails,andperformanceoptimizationinPega
• ProvenexperienceleadingteamsandprovidingtechnicalcoachinginAgileenvironments
• Excellentcommunicationanddocumentationskills
• Comfortableworkingindependentlyinaremote,contractorcapacity
