Responsibilities
- Produce client ready design work across print and digital formats.
- Bespoke PowerPoint deck design including high quality Photoshop and AI mockups. Occasional InDesign deck design.
- Print Design in large and small formats according to specifications and color values
- Develop look and feel directions, logo lockups, and key visuals that align to campaign platforms
- Design assets for digital and social media use
- Present work internally and articulate intent, with potential to present to clients
- Apply feedback from Creative Director and/or other stakeholders which you will work with directly
- Potential to develop compelling advertising communications and activation ideas
- Potential to work on environmental design including interior design, furniture, and dimensional fabricated elements
- Self Direction - the ability to try different things in the design process and self-correct and evolve the design as if you are giving yourself feedback
- Self-Starter - taking initiative to create things that were not requested but make for a better work product
- Over Delivery - Creating distinct options to help non-creatives determine their preferences
Skills And Requirements
- 2 years Creative agency experience
- Strong proficiency of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating print-ready files to dimension and color specification
- Strong articulation of design concepts, aesthetics, and styles with a visual vocabulary
- Ability to self-manage design asset delivery and consistently meet deadlines under pressure
- An interest in cultural design trends with the ability to replicate
- Experience leveraging AI tools for design and art direction
- Demonstrated ability to research and find necessary information, answers, or the assets
- Ability to quickly internalize clients' brand guidelines and consistently apply them to your work and vendor instructions null
