Position Summary
You will perform a variety of law-related tasks under the direction of CVS Caremark attorneys and other legal professionals. You will conduct legal research, draft legal documents and perform other related duties, including, working as lead paralegal for pharmacy complaints: logging/tracking, supporting attorneys with review, draft response and completion (notarization) where applicable. You will be the lead contact for various business teams handling pharmacy complaints, including attending all related meetings on behalf of the Caremark Pharmacy Networks legal team. You will support the legal team with the Caremark Provider Manual requirements, special projects and ad hoc requests. When needed, you will assist the legal team in responding to Pharmacy Networks related insurance department inquiries, examinations and enforcement actions.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$29.72 - $65.36
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
