A Day in the Life

As a Packaging Operator, you will report to the Packaging Supervisor and be at the heart of bringing our products to life. You'll be a key player in the total operation of our packaging lines, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.

• Lead Line Operations: You will manage the entire packaging process, from line set-up and changeovers to ensuring a smooth flow of materials and finished products.
• Uphold Quality & Safety: You'll champion our commitment to excellence by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and conducting quality control checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
• Drive Team Success: You will collaborate with colleagues, share your expertise, and help train new team members to maintain a seamless flow of production.
• Improve & Innovate: You'll perform preventative maintenance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to initiatives that boost line efficiency.
  
  

We Are Looking For

We Are Seeking a Dedicated Individual Who Thrives In a Hands-on Environment And Has a Strong Eye For Detail. You Are a Natural Team Player With a Strong Sense Of Responsibility. You Are a Great Match If You Have

• Production Environment Expertise: Experience in a production or processing environment with knowledge of packaging machinery.
• Quality & Safety Mindset: A commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of GMPs being a plus.
• Collaboration & Training: A collaborative spirit with experience in training or mentoring team members.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to handle multiple tasks, from line operation to quality control and documentation.
• Communication Acumen: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
