HR Organizational Development Consultant
Rockville/Tysons - 3-days onsite per week in Rockville, MD or Tysons Corner, VA

Essential Job Functions
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement a variety of organizational developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and session materials
- Facilitate development activities, sessions, workshops, and interventions to drive leader and team effectiveness at all levels. This includes:
- Workshops on Clifton Strengths
- EQi2.0
- 360 Feedback Assessments
- Leader Assimilations
- Start/Stop/Continue Sessions
- Teambuilding Activities (e.g., MBTI, HBDI)
- Professional Coaching
- and Other Enterprise Assessments
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Senior Leaders, Change Management to support change initiatives, conducting Role Clarity sessions, SWOT & Root Cause Analyses, and Skills Gap analyses
- Collaborate with department leads regarding mentoring, sponsorship, and engagement events and programs
- Monitor and evaluate program impact and value to measure the achievement of organizational development initiatives
- Support the talent review process, by completing business tasks for assessing potential (9-box)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Design, or related fields required
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in consulting and facilitating team development sessions and workshops required
- Professional Coaching Certification preferred
- Certifications in DiSC, MBTI, EQi, HBDI, Clifton Strengths, or related certification preferred
- HR Certification in SHRM-CP/SP or SPHR/PHR or related certification(s) preferred
