Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Oracle Field Service solutions to meet business requirements and drive efficiency in field operations.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including requirement gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and identify process improvements.
- Develop technical and functional documentation for solution architecture, workflows, and processes.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Field Service products and stay up to date with the latest features, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and conduct user training sessions for Oracle Field Service solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to data security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experiencein implementing Oracle Field Service or related solutions.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
- Strong understanding of field service processes, resource management, and customer service operations.
- Proficiency in solution design, configuration, and customization within Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud products or field service management software.
- Background in industries with field service operations (e.g., telecommunications, utilities, logistics).
- Ability to travel 25-45% of the time.
