- Operate a microscope for 95% of the work time to perform detailed tasks.
- Assemble, repair, and test medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs.
- Follow standardized procedures and ensure job documentation is accurate.
- Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions effectively both orally and in writing.
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues.
- Understand and demonstrate basic Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with supervisors to set and monitor goals and performance metrics.
- Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
- Understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; training on medical device manufacturing will be provided.
