About The Role

As a CBRE Office Services Coordinator, you will assist withproviding administrative support to a small team or department. This role willsupport office services and supplies for a Life Sciences/ Pharmaceuticalclient.

This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday in South Boston,MA.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist concierge in providing general hospitality services while maintaining a client-ready office environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings. This includes physically setting up furniture for events and ordering equipment.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate personnel. Route, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Order office supplies and other common-use items for the office. Maintain inventories and troubleshoot regarding missed deliveries.
  • Request building and equipment maintenance services.
  • Draft reports and memos. Answer common inquiries and respond to complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $30/hr to about $33/hr based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
