The Motion Design Intern position is a full-time role within our Lifecycle Marketing Design Team, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours. This position offers hands-on experience in developing high-quality cinemagraphs and motion graphics content for Digital Out of Home, B2B Sizzle reels, and broadcast platforms. We seek a creative and technically skilled individual to work directly with our design team on various marketing initiatives. This role provides practical experience in professional motion design while contributing to real-world projects that reach a global audience.
This internship provides exposure to industry-standard workflows and creative processes. Successful candidates will build their portfolio while working on meaningful projects under experienced designers.

The base pay for this position ranges from $58,968/year in our lowest geographic market up to $82,700/year in our highest geographic market. Basic Qualifications
- Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship minimum
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's degree program (Motion Design, Digital Arts, or similar) with expected graduation conferral date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and cinemagraphs
- Demonstrated ability to adapt files across different specifications and formats
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion and design skills
- Understanding of video codecs and rendering optimization
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D
- Experience with audio integration and sound design
- Understanding of broadcast standards
- Previous internship or project experience Familiarity with current motion design trends
