Roles & Responsibilities
Park School is seeking a Middle School Head Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse Coach for the spring season (March 30th to May 22nd). This is a part-time, stipend position with responsibilities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Practice and home day responsibilities start at 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm for away games.

Qualifications
- Coaching and/or playing experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
- Enthusiastic about working with middle school students
- Passionate about guiding and mentoring middle school students during a formative stage of development
- Patient, encouraging, and committed to fostering confidence, resilience, and a love of learning through sport
- Prioritizes creating a supportive and inclusive team environment where all students feel valued
- Dedicated to building and maintaining a positive team culture
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with students, families, and colleagues

- The compensation for this role is $3,000 stipend. Actual salaries will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to, external market data, internal equity, skillset, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of any additional benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
