Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (#996) - Minneapolis
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with four to seven years of experience to join our Minneapolis office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, strategic partnerships, cross-border transactions, auctions, takeover defense, fund formation, and private equity and venture capital investments.
Qualified Candidates Will Have

- Minnesota bar admission or the ability to get admitted in Minnesota.
