Position Requirements
- The candidate should have PhD, or MS with 3 years of industry experiences, in ME/Aerodynamics/EE.
- Strong programming skills in C , and familiarity with object-oriented programming methods.
- Prior knowledge and experience with distributed/multi-threaded programming, meshing techniques, finite element analysis, heat transfer analysis, and in-depth understanding of mechanical and thermal simulation for chip, 3D-IC, package and PCB preferred.
