- Collaborate with equipment assembly team and fabrication vendors Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the food processing equipment industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.
- Basic understanding of schematics, control system and automation principles
- Knowledge of sanitary design principles for food processing equipment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- This position is at our Riverside, CA Location, no remote work available.
- 15%-20% travel may be required to meet with retail partners and attend industry events.
