Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient processes for document scanning, indexing, storage, and warehousing operations.
- Oversee the receipt, organization, and tracking of physical documents and materials, ensuring seamless integration with digitization processes.
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to document scanning, QA specialists, and warehouse staff.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards in document preparation, scanning, indexing, and capture.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Employ out-of-the-box thinking to stay ahead of changing operational needs and technological advancements.
- Demonstrate experience in setting up operations from inception and scaling them effectively.
- Experience with data entry, scanning, clerical, inventory, logistics, administrative support, and documentation scanning.
- Experience in customer service and material handling.
