What's the Job?
- Perform various levels of electrical work including installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions using test instruments while adhering to local and state building regulations.
- Manage and support facility projects, including the layout and wiring of new electrical systems.
- Provide maintenance and operational assistance to machine operators as needed.
- Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, and blueprints in an organized manner.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. with completion of an electrician apprenticeship program.
- 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician in a commercial or industrial setting.
- State of Minnesota Class A Master Electrician License required within 90 days of hire.
- Experience with automation, PLC, BMS, and related control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
