Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging visu al content and high-quality written copy for various internal communication channels, including SharePoint sites, email campaigns, and internal newsletters.
- Video Editing: Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Rush to edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional and informational purposes.
- Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Branding Support: Ensure all content adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and helps maintain a consistent brand image.
- SharePoint Redesign: Redesign and optimize SharePoint sites used to advertise IT Infrastructure products and services to all employees within the company.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Product Management team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and execute projects.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights and assist in the analysis of campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the IT Infrastructure Product Management team as needed.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience with SharePoint design.
- Basic understanding of branding and branding guidelines.
- Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, graphic design, or SharePoint design is a plus.
