Your Role Includes
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in planning and launching B2B marketing campaigns aligned with our global go-to-market strategy.
- Content Creation: Write, design, and publish content across web, social, email, and print — always on-brand and always engaging.
- Campaign Management: Support multi-channel advertising campaigns, from concept to performance analysis.
- Design & Visuals: Create stunning digital graphics, video content, and print materials using Bosch tools and templates.
- Social Media: Develop content calendars, design posts, and grow our digital presence.
- Event Marketing: Help organize and execute trade shows, conventions, and sales activations.
- Sales Enablement: Design marketing materials and support sales team efforts at industry events.
- Brand Stewardship: Keep all messaging in line with Bosch’s global brand voice and identity.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and design teams.
- How to plan and run large-scale B2B campaigns
- The inner workings of the North American logistics and fleet industry
- Content strategy and digital media planning
- Event and campaign execution in a fast-paced, adult start-up environment
- Cross-cultural collaboration within a global marketing organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field
- 2 years of professional work experience within Marketing, Sales or Business Development
- Highly motivated team player that works independently and takes ownership of tasks and projects
- General understanding of marketing, print production, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented to produce accurate and high-quality work
