Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless manufacturing of commercial chillers
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance through testing and analysis, making necessary adjustments to meet production goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to safety and manufacturing
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment, testing, and product build
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability
- Analyze current process to identify and mitigate ergonomic risk
- Design flexible workstations to efficiently respond to fluctuating seasonal demand
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Electrical Engineering,
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Previous internship experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and proactive in communication and meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
