- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic evaluations.
- Design strategies for equipment layout and material flow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve issues and support audits.
- Provide hands-on technical support to address production challenges.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and resource planning tools.
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
