We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement flexible line designs, eliminate waste in the manufacturing processes, and improve material flow and kitting. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and lead multiple projects focused on enhancing manufacturing processes. This role requires developing material flow strategies to increase efficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Associate's degree
• 6-10 years of working experience
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic componentry
• CAD/CAM software experience
• Knowledge of JIT, CSM, DFT techniques and philosophy
• Quality Assurance fundamentals
• Preferred systems knowledge (AS400, NOMS, CORE, EDM)
  
  

Work Environment

This position offers a great work-life balance with a work schedule of four 10-hour shifts a week, and occasional overtime. The facility is very clean, and you will have the opportunity to work on cool projects and custom orders. You will work in a continuous manufacturing environment as well as on custom project-based work. There is a possibility of approximately 10% travel to the NC plant. Additionally, the company offers 10 days of PTO and 6 paid standard holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.31 - $48.08/hr.
