You will be the Manufacturing Engineer (PWB Fabrication) for the Missiles?&?Fire?Control Manufacturing Engineering - Dallas Electrical Shop PWB team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality Printed Wiring Boards (PWB) that enable mission-critical missile systems.
**What You Will Be Doing: **
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for advancing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and risk-mitigation strategies for the PWB shop.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Develop, create, and maintain work instructions, task lists, and re-work/repair guides for non-conformance processing.
Identify production risks, devise mitigation plans, and lead validation activities for new manufacturing lines.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives from concept through closure while ensuring schedule, quality, and safety targets are met.
Support testing, hardware, and tooling issues; collaborate with shop-floor personnel, management, and program leads.
Champion continuous-improvement and lean practices to reduce waste, enhance affordability, and improve overall efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to interpret drawings, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models, product/performance specifications, and other systems integration technical data
- Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline, or 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing, and presentations
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration, and developing enduring business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
- Experience manufacturing PWB/PCBs to IPC and J-STD specifications
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in MPM Link process changes
- Experience with SAP production control system and Windchill.
- Ability to learn new and complex processes.
- Ability to work independently and as a group with little guidance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to liaison between Subcontractors, internal disciplines, and internal shop(s) Production Operations
