You will focus on researching, designing, developing, testing, certifying, deploying, and improving cutting-edge products and services, ranging from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems to highly integrated aircraft and orbital space exploration systems. Your primary responsibility will be process and systems with program management, design engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to develop the most efficient and cost-effective means of producing high-quality products.
You will apply manufacturing technologies and industry best practices to support the design and development of new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that your peers have everything they need to succeed.

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's of Science degree in related engineering discipline and typically 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Conceptual knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Familiarity in applying and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
- Knowledge of industry standard design principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing and production processes
- Familiarity with work instruction/traveler development
- Participation in dispositions of Non-Conformance generation through a Material Review Board (MRB)
- Experience with new product introduction and transition to production
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
